What could cause you to think that the findings of the commission will have any significant impact on the fiancial reform work underway by the Obama Administration?

The banks and health care organizations are spending enormous sums of lobbying funds to buy influence in Congress and the Administration, which is also held in thrall to the revolving door from governmet to Wall Street.

So, why would they care? And what influence do you think the public might have in the unlikely event that they understand the commission's report, and express an opinion on it.

I am sorry to sound 'cynical' but the times seems to justify it.
